PREFS Backstage short - Insights into the Master of Science in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems by ZHAW
Shownotes
How will we feed 10 billion people in 2050 when our planetary resources are already at the end of their capacity by now? This is just one of many questions Samira and Giulia deal with during their studies. The Master of Science in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems (PREFS) is one of the newest study programs of the department Life Sciences at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and combines food technology with sustainability and economics. Program director Maya, asks the two PREFS students about their daily study- and work-life and gains honest insights into her newly developed program from the students perspective.
This is a compact version of the podcast about the projects, topics and up- and downsides of the study program, to inform possibly interested future students.
